We are looking for an **Administrative Staff** member for the municipal service of the **Sant Pere de Ribes Town Council**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Initial contact and identification of citizen requests. * Resolution of basic queries related to the energy advisory service. * Telephone assistance to service users. * Administrative management and scheduling coordination for the service. * Incident management and support to citizens in basic energy-related procedures. **What profile are we seeking?** * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in administrative tasks. * Proficiency in **Catalan and Spanish**. * Skills in public service and communication. * Ability to organize and manage administrative tasks. **What do we offer?** * **28-hour weekly work schedule**. * **Hybrid working arrangement** (on-site + 1 day remote work). **Working Hours:** * Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 10:00–14:00 * Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00–14:00 and 15:00–19:00 **Salary:** €18,000 gross annual salary, based on a 40-hour week, paid in 12 installments. Equivalent salary for a 28-hour weekly schedule.
