




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage inventory, orders, shipments, and resolve inquiries from sales representatives, as well as process incidents and returns. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end order and shipment management 2. Resolving inquiries from sales representatives and customers 3. Handling returns and claims against logistics agencies We need a person to perform administrative tasks in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, on a condensed morning schedule. Working hours will be 6 hours per day, from 9:00 to 15:00. The offered salary is €18,370 gross per year. Main responsibilities include checking inventory levels and discounts, managing and following up on customer orders, and tracking shipments. The role also involves providing product information and resolving inquiries from sales representatives. Regarding order processing, the candidate will inform customers of any incidents and issue delivery notes. Additionally, the candidate will manage returns by inspecting received goods and issuing corresponding credit notes. The candidate will also file claims against logistics agencies in case of delays or incidents. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish—both spoken and written—is required.
