Area file and documentation management In Leganés, Madrid, we seek an organized and detail-oriented individual for an administrative position. The role involves order management and tracking, as well as providing support for various departmental tasks. It also includes data entry and control in accounting software, coordination with other departments—such as Purchasing or Sales—to ensure smooth information flow, and management of the area’s files and documentation. Candidates must have training related to administration, strong proficiency in computer tools—especially Excel and Microsoft products—and knowledge of accounting software. Prior relevant experience is highly valued. A permanent contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:30 (including one hour for lunch), and Friday, 8:00–14:00. The gross annual salary ranges between €20,000 and €22,000, paid in 12 installments, and will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
