




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide technical logistics support in San Ginés, managing technical service operations, documentation, inventory, and customer support. The main responsibility will be to ensure smooth operation of technical service activities. This includes handling related documentation, coordinating the delivery of spare parts and materials, and serving as the first point of contact for customers. The role also involves administration and control of maintenance contract documentation—both preventive and corrective—and interaction with customers to schedule and enhance technician visits. A detailed archive of all technical documentation—including manuals and reports—will be maintained, and databases will be updated with service history and equipment information. Periodic reports on technical activity will be generated. Additionally, the candidate will manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring sufficient stock for interventions and overseeing procurement. Stock levels of rental equipment will be monitored, and material movements recorded. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, scheduling appointments and tracking customer satisfaction. The ability to identify sales opportunities and improve administrative processes will be highly valued. The contract type is temporary. Candidates must hold a qualification in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, complemented by prior experience in administrative management—preferably in technical or medical-sector environments. Proficiency in office software—especially Excel and Word—is essential, as is familiarity with management systems such as CRM or ERP. Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain strong customer orientation—along with solid communication skills—is desirable. Proactivity, problem-solving capability, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.
