




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative / Planner to handle the planning and management of inspection activities and operations at our Leioa offices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and management of inspection activities. 2. Monitoring of planning and supervision of documentation. 3. Updating production data and associated documentation. Bureau Veritas is currently looking for an Administrative / Planner for our Leioa offices. The overall objective of this position is to manage the entire planning process for activities and related operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Creation and registration of technical inspection sheets and corresponding actions * Management of second visits for unfavorable inspections * Monitoring of inspection planning and supervision of generated documentation * Planning of inspections with inspectors and/or clients * Updating production data for planned inspections and associated documentation in Siebel * Etc We are looking for someone with a university degree or higher vocational training (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, English Philology or similar) and experience in similar roles. * At Bureau Veritas, we offer equal opportunities.
