Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and billing support to clients. 2. Collection management and incident resolution. 3. Coordination with external accounting firm and document verification. An established clinic located in Esplugues de Llobregat is looking to hire an Administrative Billing Assistant. **Responsibilities:** · Performing administrative and support tasks for the administration department. · Conducting digital registration, archiving, document organization, and internal file management. · Client billing, payment control, and budget management. · Issuing and sending electronic invoices with detailed breakdowns. · Resolving incidents related to amounts and services with clients. · Monitoring supplier-related incidents. · Managing and tracking collections. · Communicating with clients to resolve administrative incidents. · Liaising with the external accounting firm; submitting and verifying accounting and tax documentation. **Requirements** · Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Administration. · Experience in billing. · Excel proficiency is desirable. · Organized, meticulous, and proactive individual. **Offered:** · Indefinite part-time contract. · Working hours: 9–14h. · Continuous professional development.
