DESCRIPTION At GP DIGITAL, we are looking for a candidate for an IT sector client ### **Technical Account Manager (TAM) Storage \& Systems** Would you like to become the technical reference point for Enterprise clients in critical infrastructure environments? We are seeking a **Technical Account Manager (TAM)** with experience in **enterprise storage, OpenShift, and Linux/Unix systems**, to coordinate high-value-added services and act as the technical liaison between clients and specialist teams. **Conditions** --------------- * Contract: **Permanent and/or freelance** * Location: **SPAIN** * Work mode: REMOTE \>\> Availability for on-site meetings with clients * Working hours: Full-time * Schedule:** *Office hours with flexibility* * Start date: **September 2026** **Your responsibilities** ------------- * **Act as the technical point of contact for Enterprise clients.** * **Coordinate the delivery of specialized infrastructure services.** * Plan and supervise technical activities with expert teams. * **Manage** the backlog of requests and consumption of contracted services. * Prepare **periodic reports** on activity and progress tracking. * Lead Kick\-Off and Service Review meetings. * **Ensure compliance** with SLAs and agreed commitments. * Identify risks, propose improvements, and detect opportunities for service evolution. * Maintain technical communication with architects and system administrators **Competencies** ---------------- ### **Technical** * **Troubleshooting of complex infrastructures.** * **Capacity Planning.** * **Performance Tuning.** * **Design of storage solutions.** * **Hybrid and cloud architectures.** ### **Management** * Basic financial management of contracts. * Tracking of consumption and forecasting. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Risk and stakeholder management. ### **Soft Skills** * Customer orientation. * Executive communication. * Influencing ability. * Proactivity. * Cross-functional leadership.
