Description
Two positions are available to provide support in caring for individuals with specific needs in Gijón (Asturias). Duties include performing daily physical care tasks, such as personal and environmental hygiene, assistance during meals, and postural changes. Candidates must also be proficient in handling technical aids and alternative communication systems, collaborating with the team to promote residents’ autonomy.
Previous experience in residential facilities, day centers, or hospitals is required, along with a qualification as a Nursing Care Technician or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Services in Social Institutions. Additional training in Geriatrics or Gerontology is highly valued.
This is a temporary contract due to production-related circumstances, with full-time hours and a rotating schedule covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Remuneration follows the National Collective Agreement for Care of Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
