We are currently looking to hire a regional Terminal Development Manager (PM) for our automotive Services division based in Barcelona. Additional languages (Frenchm Portugese, Arabic) are highly valued. * Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects (€5M\+ budgets) * Business development experience: Market analysis, financial modeling, business case development * Strong project management capabilities: Planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk management * Negotiation skills: Experience negotiating with government authorities, contractors, or in commercial contexts * International mobility: Willingness to travel internationally ### **Skills** * ports
