As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a **Scrum Master** experienced in agile environments to join a strategic project with high technological impact. **Your Responsibilities:** * Drive the team’s **operational autonomy**, ensuring stable and sustainable day-to-day operations. * Facilitate and structure **agile ceremonies**, such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. * Maintain, reinforce, and safeguard the team’s **agile dynamics**, acting as the methodological reference. * Identify, anticipate, and **remove impediments** autonomously, promoting workflow fluidity. * Guide the team toward **continuous improvement**, fostering efficient practices without requiring constant supervision. * Mediate and manage internal team **conflicts**, promoting a safe and collaborative environment. * Collaborate and positively influence the **Product Owner** and various stakeholders. * Ensure appropriate use of agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Track **agile metrics**, such as velocity, lead time, predictability, and workload. * Foster alignment across teams and ensure delivered value connects directly with business objectives. **What We’re Looking For:** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria—we encourage you to apply!
