We are leaders in digital technology services and deliver large-scale technological solutions to major corporations. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking an Agile Consultant to collaborate with one of our key clients, a leader in the banking sector. **What qualifications do we require?** * Proven experience as a **change agent**, supporting teams and individuals and guiding them toward **continuous improvement**. * Knowledge and experience with **multiple agile frameworks**, with the ability to adapt them to each context to drive transformation processes. * Strong **communication skills**, capable of tailoring messaging to different stakeholders within the work environment. * A **proactive individual**, able to propose solutions while simultaneously supporting people in reaching those solutions autonomously. * Experience in **designing and facilitating working sessions** that positively impact team and individual development. * Ability to work with **leaders and managers**, helping them define transformation approaches and strategies. * A **pragmatic approach**, with **servant leadership** skills, ease in building collaborative networks, and experience in team building and coaching. * Strong alignment with **Agile values and principles**, integrating them into one’s professional mindset. Desirable English Knowledge of scaling frameworks: SAFe, Nexus, LeSS. Knowledge and certifications in change management methodologies. Experience working with multiple teams.
