As PMO, you will lead a team of project managers, own and define the project management framework, establish standards, and drive process excellence for the implementation of monitoring and control solutions (SCADA \& PPC) across photovoltaic, battery storage, and hybrid plants. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate project managers and foster a high\-performing team.Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence, driving efficiency, standardization, and process optimization across projects.Customer\-focused mindset, capable of managing escalations and maintaining strong client relationships.Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights across a portfolio of projects.Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively with cross\-functional teams.Fluency in written and spoken English. It is as a plus or a strong advantage to have:PMP or other recognized project management certifications.Familiarity with industrial monitoring systems, SCADA/PPC.
