Summary: This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring quality for campaign development and implementation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. 2. Perform basic configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 3. Work in an international team on email marketing campaigns. **Technical expertise:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. Certification in SFMC: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification is a strong plus. Familiarity with project management skills such as Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira. 4\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional consultant. **Activities in scope:** * Work closely with key stakeholders, including direct interaction with business partners. * Gather requirements, create functional/business requirement documentation, suggestion libraries for use\-cases and design solutions through configuration. * Convert functional requirements into user stories and manage them using project management tools such as JIRA. * Understand change management, including documenting solution design and impact assessment. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure best practices in campaign development and implementation. * Perform basic configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extension, OOTB reporting, journey flow, and automations. * Ensure and maintain the quality of business requirements and project solutions. **Preferred:** * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other Marketing Tool like Pardot, Eloqua. * Knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience in SFMC development: configure Journey Flows, Automation, JB functionality, Einstein features, Queries, contact builder, Audience Builder, EMP Script , Content Builder, Mobile studio, Automation Builder, Package Manager, html code, SMFC templates creation. Experience in creating email marketing campaigns using SFMC (for automated /simple campaigns). Best practices or design skills in terms of Campaign **International environment:** \- The project will be developed by an international team. English is mandatory (C1\-C2\).
