The Company is on a strong growth trajectory, with significant revenue and profitability increases in recent years and ambitious plans for the future. **About the Role:** We are looking for a confident and hands\-on HR Manager to lead all HR activity across our Spanish operations in Anglesola and Burgos. This is a standalone leadership role, offering real ownership and the opportunity to shape how HR operates locally within a growing global business. You will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, balancing operational delivery with strategic input, while playing a key role in integrating the business into the wider Zotefoams Group. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working autonomously, enjoys building structure and consistency, and thrives in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. **Role Responsibilities:** **HR Leadership \& Employee Relations** * Act as the primary HR lead for both sites, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR support * Manage employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases * Ensure compliance with Spanish employment law and local HR practices * Support employee engagement and communication through periods of change **HR Operations** * Own and deliver core HR processes including onboarding, contracts, probation and leavers * Maintain accurate HR records, reporting and data integrity * Partner with payroll and external providers where required * Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently **Talent \& Organisational Support** * Support local recruitment activity across hourly and salaried roles * Coordinate training and development initiatives * Support performance management and objective setting processes * Contribute to succession planning and workforce planning where needed **Integration \& Change** * Lead local HR integration into the Zotefoams Group * Align policies, processes and ways of working with global standards * Support implementation of HR systems and longer\-term process improvements * Build strong relationships with the wider global HR team **What you'll need:** * Strong HR generalist experience at HR Manager level or a Senior HR Business Partner ready to step up * Solid understanding of Spanish employment law and employee relations * Experience within manufacturing, industrial or multi\-site environments * Proven ability to manage HR operations independently * Experience supporting change, transformation or integration projects * Fluent Spanish and professional English **What were looking for?** * A proactive and confident HR leader who takes ownership * Someone who is both strategic in thinking and practical in delivery * Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge * A collaborative approach with a focus on consistency and continuous improvement * High levels of organisation, resilience and attention to detail **Why Join Us?** At Zotefoams, we believe in fostering a supportive and innovative environment where everybody can thrive.
