Job Description: Reporting directly to the Group Digital Transformation Manager and supervising 2 AI Developers, the ***Group AI Team Leader*** is responsible for defining, planning, executing, and finalising AI agent development projects using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other solutions such as OpenAI API. The Team Leader sets milestones, coordinates efforts between developers and stakeholders, and ensures successful delivery of AI solutions. This role manages the lifecycle of AI agents and ensures their effective operation and adoption within the organisation. The Group AI Team Leader works in close collaboration with the Global Digital Empowerment Team, the Global Infrastructure, Security \& Workplace Team and the CIO. **Your mission** * Lead operationally the development and deployment of AI agents and solutions * Guide and shape AI projects, working closely with business leaders, vendors, and third\-party providers * Design and review AI architectures and workflows * Act as Business Analyst and Project Manager for AI initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery Ensure compliance with relevant security and data protection standards (e.g., ISO 27001, 27701, GDPR) * **What we are looking for** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or business analysis within IT/AI * Proven track record in leading digital transformation or AI projects * Experience in team management * Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing); French is a strong asset * Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI API * Strong organisational, communication, and facilitation skills * Self\-starter with excellent work ethics and ability to interact at all levels * Good knowledge of AI agent development and cloud platforms * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills * Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation ITIL certification is a plus * mci group is where you can bring your true self to work and be pround of what you do.
