




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Business Partner for Finance and HR to align business needs with technology solutions, manage projects, and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as a strategic liaison between IT and Finance/HR. 2. Contribute to the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with business needs. 3. Right Decisions, due to its expansion, requires an IT Business Partner for Finance and Human Resources for a client to serve as the strategic liaison between IT and the Finance and HR departments. Their mission is to align business needs with technology solutions, ensuring the proper definition, execution, and adoption of IT initiatives, as well as continuous improvement of processes and systems. Your Mission * Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and the Finance and HR departments. * Understand business objectives and needs, and translate them into IT initiatives and projects. * Ensure smooth and effective communication between business areas and IT teams. * Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of technology solutions aligned with business needs. * Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and on-schedule project delivery. * Validate solution quality through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to deployment to the business. * Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects and initiatives. * Clearly communicate project progress, system changes, and timelines. * Drive opportunities for improvement, innovation, and process optimization through technology. Requirements: * **Education** + University degree in IT- or business-related fields. * **Experience** + Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology projects for Finance and HR. + Experience in drafting and finalizing requirement documents and Functional Design Documents (FDD). * **Knowledge** + Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Human Resources, or similar ERPs. + Experience with ICIMS, Fourvision, Meta4, and Kyriba tools is desirable. * **Languages** + Advanced English proficiency. + Experience with agile methodologies. Certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus. + Candidates must possess strong communication and coordination skills, as they will collaborate with other IT functional leads (business partners), end-user departments, vendors, and external IT support.
