




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a robotic pharmacy to counsel and accompany patients, prioritizing close, professional care in a dynamic environment. Opportunity for development and continuous learning We are looking for a person to join our pharmacy’s customer service team, playing an active role in advising and accompanying patients on a daily basis. This is a dynamic work environment with a high workload, where it is essential to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and consistently deliver close, professional, and high-quality service. We operate a fully robotic pharmacy system, enabling us to optimize processes and focus on what matters most: customer care and counseling. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving and advising customers, recommending products in a personalized manner, and adding value in every interaction—whether involving medications or parapharmaceutical products. Additionally, the candidate will assist in organizing the store space, restocking products, and supporting other team members during peak activity periods.
