Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Integrator for children and youth, responsible for planning, facilitating activities, and providing school accompaniment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and facilitation of group activities for children and youth. 2. School accompaniment and counseling for participants and their families. 3. Coordination with Social Action technicians and other specialized resources. We are recruiting a Social Integrator for the ESE MASQUEFA, serving children and youth aged 6 to 16 years and their families. Immediate incorporation required. • Planning and facilitation of group activities. • School accompaniment for participants. • Information, guidance, and counseling for participants and their families. • Development and monitoring of the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) or Work Plan. • Recording and tracking information for each participant. • Coordination with Social Action technicians, educational centers, and other specialized resources. • Identification of activities for children, youth, and families. • Preparation of the annual service report and participation in evaluation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in services addressing children, adolescents, youth, and families at risk of social exclusion. * Higher Vocational Training (FP) Degree * Catalan (spoken and written – advanced level) * Competencies / Knowledge: Higher Degree in Social Integration. Knowledge of the intervention field. Person- and stakeholder-group-oriented approach. Organizational and planning skills. Network-based collaboration. Empathy and assertiveness.
