Fresh products are essential in food stores and for customers; therefore, you will ensure the best service for these items, including product dramatization, guaranteeing customers the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the BAKERY section, your core responsibilities will include: * Preparing and baking bread and pastries. * Handling and managing inventory. * Setting up the display counter. * Restocking and arranging products to maintain section appearance. * Monitoring shrinkage. * Maintaining and promoting inventory. * Ensuring section cleanliness and hygiene. * Providing personalized customer guidance and advice during purchase.
