We currently seek to incorporate a Junior Project Manager into our Contract Department. **MISSION** To comprehensively manage assigned Contract projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective coordination of internal and external departments involved. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** * Economic feasibility analysis of the project (re-assessment) * Interaction with the client throughout all project phases. * Establishment of the construction schedule. * Economic management and control of the project, identifying potential deviations to avoid or minimize their impact on the project. * Monthly certification and invoicing of the project. * Communicating project constraints to relevant departments—technical office, procurement, production, and logistics—to ensure proper project execution, avoiding cost overruns and guaranteeing adherence to the schedule. * Monitoring and coordinating departments involved in the project to ensure timely execution and compliance with quality standards. * Site visits and monitoring thereof. * Coordination with operations to monitor suppliers and installers during project execution. * Continuous communication with on-site teams to track the overall project status and ensure correct execution aligned with the schedule agreed upon with the client. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Competitive salary and additional benefits: Including a flexible compensation plan covering health insurance, childcare, public transportation, and cafeteria services. * Work-life balance and wellbeing: 24 working days of vacation and a summer working schedule in August. * Innovative and collaborative environment: You will join a creative, professional team focused on technical excellence. * Stable company with international projection: High-architectural-value unique projects. * Annual Training Plan: We offer an Annual Training Plan covering language courses and digital competencies, always aiming for continuous updating and innovation. * Commitment to Equality: We are a company committed to Gender Equality.
