Prepare documentation for labor inspections We are seeking a professional for the labor relations area in Lugo. Main responsibilities will include preparing payroll, managing social security contributions, formalizing employment contracts and their amendments, as well as preparing necessary documentation for potential labor inspections. Work-life balance matters and any other labor-related administrative tasks will also be handled. This position offers an indefinite full-time contract. A university degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) in Labor Relations, a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Sciences, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management is required. Additionally, a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles is essential.
