At ArcelorMittal Lesaka, we are looking for a Shift Manager who will lead the coordination of all Safety, Production, and Maintenance activities occurring during the shift. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Know and implement Safety and Health plans within the framework of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law and Environmental regulations, including: + Risk identification. + Training and informing personnel in this area. + Monitoring compliance with safety regulations by all internal staff and contractors within their scope of work. * Supervise production activities. * Supervise manufacturing programs. * Analyze and prepare production and downtime reports. * Review productivity and quality results and propose improvements. * Manage human resources at the facilities. * Collaborate with the Process team in training production personnel. * Coordinate scheduled shutdowns and facility start-ups. * Provide technical guidance to personnel under supervision. * Coordinate and supervise contractor activities. * Analyze, study, and propose solutions to technical problems. * Review quality and production results. * Attend trainings, Safety, Environment, and Continuous Improvement meetings as required. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued * Experience: + Minimum 3 years managing work teams in industrial settings. + Experience in Industrial Maintenance and/or Continuous Improvement is valued * Languages: + Intermediate English (B2\). * *Soft skills* + We seek an autonomous and proactive individual with strong organizational abilities, oriented toward continuous improvement and skilled in delivering training. + Results-oriented. + Decision-making ability. + Change management capability. + Teamwork. * Valid work and residence permit in Spain. **At ArcelorMittal, we believe in Zero.** We believe in the goal of zero accidents, and all company employees work toward achieving it. *ArcelorMittal takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
