Advisory services for property owners and buyers, offering exclusive and personalized support. Negotiation of agreements with property owners and clients. Marketing and presentation of properties, supported by professional photography and digital strategies. Management of property viewings and follow-up to ensure an efficient and satisfactory process for all parties. Networking with other advisors and access to a premium database of potential customers. Continuous training in lead generation, sales, and negotiation strategies. ### **Requirements** 1 year of experience Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
