Your primary mission as a **Quality Technician** will be to act as the liaison between the OEM/Tier1, MAEC, and suppliers to ensure continuous project-related feedback.
**Challenges you will face:**
* You will implement corrective and containment actions to guarantee the group’s quality standards.
* You will coordinate problem resolution processes with customers and affected internal departments using quality tools such as 8D, 5W, and others.
* You will serve as the liaison between the OEM/Tier1, MAEC, and suppliers to ensure communication and process progress.
* You will manage supplier non-conformities through root cause analysis and other quality methodologies.
* You will monitor the quality plan – DFMEA/PFMEA.
* You will track customer requirements, produce periodic reports, and ensure quality throughout the project.
**What will make you succeed in this project?**
* A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, helping you understand the industrial environment we operate in.
* Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5W, PPAP, FMEA…), as these will be part of your daily responsibilities.
* Advanced English proficiency, since communication with suppliers will be conducted internationally.

* You will operate in an INTERNATIONAL environment! You will interact directly with suppliers outside Spain, and speaking ENGLISH will occupy 80% of your time.

* The rotating shift schedule consists of three shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
