We are looking for someone proactive, initiative-driven, and eager to work collaboratively in a team. This is a profile with strong management capabilities, customer orientation, and high technical competence. **Essential Requirements:** * University degree in **Engineering** (preferably Industrial, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering). * **High level of English (C1)**, both spoken and written. * **4–5 years’ experience managing international projects.** * Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of programming and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD). * Technical capability and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers. * Willingness and ability to travel. **Desirable (Added Value):** * Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent. * Experience in the railway and/or signalling sector. * Knowledge of Electrical and/or Mechanical Design. * Knowledge of **French** or **German**. **What You’ll Find at CAF Signalling** * **A close-knit and collaborative work environment** We support your onboarding from day one. We want you to feel part of the team and integrate naturally and quickly. * **State-of-the-art technology** You will join a company developing cutting-edge solutions in transport and mobility. You will engage directly with innovations transforming the global railway sector. * **Genuine work–life balance** We champion flexibility: hybrid remote work model, flexible hours, and a condensed workweek every Friday year-round and throughout summer. We want your professional and personal life to align seamlessly. * **Comprehensive benefits package** You’ll enjoy meal vouchers, remote-work support, and a complete flexible compensation plan (languages, private health insurance, childcare support, etc.). You choose how best to enhance your wellbeing. * **Continuous professional growth** As a growing company, you’ll join high-value international technology projects. You’ll collaborate with diverse customers, partners, and teams that accelerate your development. Moreover, we encourage ongoing training so you can progress toward your goals. * **Stability and long-term prospects** You’ll join a solid corporate group with over 100 years of history and a clear vision for the future of sustainable mobility. **What’s the hiring process like?** * **Initial conversation:** A brief call to get to know you and explain the role. * **First interview:** In-person meeting with the technical manager and HR to discuss responsibilities and address questions. * **Second interview:** More practical and interactive, to get to know each other better. * **Final decision:** We’ll inform you as soon as possible. **/** **Apply now**
