As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key player in guaranteeing the proper operation and optimization of our industrial machinery. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** You will execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize unplanned downtime and carry out rapid, efficient corrective interventions to ensure operational continuity of our production lines. * **Fault Diagnosis and Repair:** You will identify and resolve faults in ELECTRICAL, electronic, PLC, frequency converter, and other control systems. Your technical expertise will be essential to restore operational functionality and prevent future incidents. * **Implementation of Improvements:** You will propose and implement technical improvements to optimize machinery performance and efficiency, contributing to cost reduction and increased productivity. * **Interpretation of Technical Documentation:** You will read and understand electrical diagrams, electronic schematics, and other relevant technical documentation to perform maintenance tasks accurately. * **Support in Continuous Improvement Projects:** You will actively collaborate on projects aimed at process improvement and implementation of new technologies, contributing your practical knowledge. * **Collaboration with Maintenance Manager:** You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager in developing and executing the comprehensive maintenance plan for the electrical installation and plant machinery. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Academic Qualification:** A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity and Electronics, or an equivalent degree providing the required technical knowledge. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the industrial sector, demonstrating your ability to operate effectively in production environments. * **Diagnostic Skills:** Proven ability to diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively. * **Blueprint Interpretation:** Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and electronic schematics. * **Proactivity and Autonomy:** A proactive individual capable of working independently and making decisions. * **Teamwork:** Willingness to collaborate and work effectively with other team members. * **Results Orientation:** Strong focus on achieving objectives and continuous improvement. **What We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing company in the food industry. * A professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Job stability.
