**Description:** ---------------- At Ayagaures Medioambiente, a company within the Pérez Moreno Group specializing in waste management and treatment, we are seeking a Crushing Service Supervisor for the Ecoparque Norte facility in Gran Canaria. Responsibilities: * Daily organization and coordination of crushing operations. * Direct supervision of operational staff and proper use of crushers, loaders, and transport trucks. * Monitoring compliance with operational and safety procedures. * Real-time resolution of operational incidents. * Coordination with the maintenance team to ensure equipment availability and proper functioning. * Clear communication with the Service Manager regarding incidents, operational needs, and improvement proposals. Position Conditions: * Permanent contract * Full-time employment * Salary range: €22,000–€25,000 gross per annum * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00–12:30; Saturdays, 5:00–9:00.
