Supporting negotiations with partners, suppliers, and clients, providing the project team with continuous and ongoing advice on contractual matters across projects.* * *Coordinating the defence of the project’s interests vis-à-vis partners, clients, suppliers, and any other third parties involved in assigned projects, performing the following key functions in coordination with the Legal Department:* + *Supporting negotiation and execution of the main project contract’s agreements and clauses. Monitoring and tracking contractual requirements.* + *Supporting negotiation and execution of subcontracting agreements, internal procurement arrangements, and other third-party agreements of any nature required within the scope of the assigned project(s).* + *Identifying and managing potential contractual opportunities together with the project team.* + *Identifying and managing possible deviations from the contract scope, anticipating potential issues arising therefrom.* + *Collaborating and interacting continuously with the project team to define the optimal strategy for the project from operational, commercial, planning, and even legal, economic, financial, and risk perspectives.* + *Supporting management and negotiation of potential contractual claims, with support from the Legal Department.* + *Controlling, reviewing, and monitoring written communications with clients, partners, and third parties.* + *Attending meetings with partners, clients, and/or third parties.* **Essential requirements** * University degree in **Engineering** (Telecommunications, Industrial, Organisation, Civil or similar). * **High level of English (C1)**, both spoken and written. * **Over 5 years’ experience** in contract management (preferably in the rail sector). * Willingness and availability to travel. **Desirable qualifications** * Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent. * Knowledge of **French** or **German**. **What you’ll find at CAF Signalling** * **A close-knit and collaborative work environment** We care about your onboarding from day one.
