Supporting negotiations with partners, suppliers, and clients, providing the project team with continuous and ongoing advice on contractual matters across projects.* * *Coordinating the defence of the project’s interests vis-à-vis partners, clients, suppliers, and any other third parties involved in assigned projects, performing the following key functions in coordination with the Legal Department:* + *Supporting negotiation and execution of the main project contract’s agreements and clauses.
