We are driven by innovation, technology, and our purpose to create lasting positive impact. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Investigate and understand business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for implementing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Power BI). * Collaborate with the team to gather requirements and specifications for developing automated solutions. * Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite. * Document implemented processes, workflows, and solutions appropriately. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Software/Sysytems Engineering, or related fields. * English: B2 level. * Microsoft certifications are desirable. * 1–5 years of experience in the following responsibilities: * + Experience gathering requirements from clients and analyzing and proposing Power Platform solutions. + Experience proposing and developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Power BI). + Proficiency in Power Platform solutions to design, develop, and deploy effective applications meeting user needs. + Knowledge of data integration with other Microsoft data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365) and external applications via custom connectors. + UI design skills to create intuitive and engaging applications that enhance user experience. + Ability to implement business logic using formulas and rules within Power Apps to automate workflows and processes. + Experience in testing and maintaining applications to ensure performance and functionality, as well as end-user training.
