





**Requirements:** * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in calibration, testing, or application engineering (preferably in electric powertrains, motor control, or BMS systems). * Direct experience in technical customer support or field service. * Solid knowledge of: electric motor control algorithms, inverters, and BMS architecture. * CAN/LIN communication, embedded systems, and real-time control. * Proficiency with data analysis tools, test automation, and vehicle test environments. * Programming skills (Python) and experience with HiL hardware for validation routines. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. * Strong technical communication skills and customer orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform calibration and optimization of electric motor control systems and BMS on test benches and vehicles. * Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with specifications. * Design and execute test plans and procedures to evaluate performance, efficiency, and reliability. * Serve as the technical contact for customers regarding calibration and system performance issues. * Understand and resolve technical issues reported by customers, providing effective and timely solutions. * Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities on-site or at customer facilities. * Collaborate with R&D teams, communicating test results, issues, and software/hardware improvement proposals. * Prepare detailed technical reports on calibrations, performance, and implemented improvements. * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and calibration methodologies. * Stay up to date with trends and technological advancements in electric propulsion and battery systems.
