





Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities Perform calibration and optimization of electric motor control systems and BMS on test benches and vehicles. Analyze system performance data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with specifications. Develop and execute test procedures and test plans to evaluate performance, efficiency, and reliability. Act as the primary technical contact with customers regarding calibration and system performance issues. Understand customer requirements, incidents, and feedback, providing effective and timely solutions. Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities at customer sites when necessary. Collaborate with R&D teams to communicate field issues, calibration results, and potential software or hardware improvements. Prepare detailed reports on calibration activities, performance results, and improvement proposals. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes to optimize customer experience and streamline technical support operations. Participate in the development of new calibration methodologies and tools. Propose and implement improvements in product performance, reliability, and usability based on customer interaction. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in electric propulsion and battery systems. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in calibration, testing, or application engineering, preferably in electric powertrains, motor control, or BMS systems. * Demonstrable experience working directly with customers in technical or field support roles. * Solid understanding of electric motor control algorithms, inverters, and BMS architecture. * Practical experience in data analysis, test automation, and vehicle testing environments. * Knowledge of CAN/LIN communication, embedded systems, and real-time control. * Programming skills and experience with HiL environments for validation routine development (Python, HiL hardware). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and customer interaction abilities. * Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams. * High level of organization and attention to detail.
