




This position involves the technical execution and supervision of various projects related to the assembly, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine towers. The primary objective is to ensure that all operations strictly comply with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Additionally, the role includes operational control and driving continuous improvement in each intervention. Key responsibilities include detailed analysis of customer requirements and management of the tools required for report preparation. Constant supervision of workplace safety and proper documentation of each project are also essential. The role entails managing technical training and supervision of personnel, as well as coordinating financially with the finance department and controlling materials, tools, and personal protective equipment. An active promotion of a safety-oriented culture and good practices among the team is expected. Internal communication will be conducted through reports containing audiovisual material such as photos and videos. Finally, continuous development and implementation of improvements across all operational processes will be encouraged. Full-time position. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
