Tasks include: analysis of technical specifications, analysis of the project, solicitation of quotations, development and execution of the entire economic proposal—including detailed cost breakdowns for each item—review or possible preparation of the technical documentation to be submitted, and end-to-end monitoring of the submission process to ensure timely and compliant delivery. ### **Requirements** Minimum Requirements Technical Architect or Engineer with 3–5 years’ experience as a Studies Technician. Desirable Requirements: Experience in construction projects.
