Training plan **Description:** ---------------- At **CAD & BIM SERVICES**, we specialize in the BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing Spain’s leading BIM implementation projects. Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed over 1,000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various disciplines. We carry out project design and calculation through the work of our drafters, modelers, and engineers—covering both in-house projects and technical support for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at different stages. We are currently recruiting a **REVIT ARCHITECTURAL MODELER** for industrial and building projects in **Bilbao**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Architectural modeling of industrial buildings in Revit, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project standards. * Management and updating of BIM models according to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Coordination and review of models using Navisworks, detecting clashes and ensuring quality. * Preparation of technical documentation derived from the model. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of architectural models. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Intensive working hours during summer. * Opportunity to join a major engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Revit Modeler. * Proficiency in Revit Architecture. * Experience in architectural modeling of industrial-type buildings. * Experience in projects following a BIM Execution Plan. * Experience using Navisworks.
