### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings; review of accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments. * Preparation of periodic financial reports; verification of consistency between financial statements and monitoring dashboards. * Ongoing updating of the accounting management system (ERP) for maintenance purposes. * Maintenance of cost centers/projects and handling of queries related to individual assets or operations. Work on asset-level analytical accounting. * Preparation and filing of taxes and other levies, ensuring regulatory compliance, supported by external tax advisors and consultants. * Liaison with external auditors (submission of documentation and justification of figures), financial institutions, and fiscal and accounting advisors. * Execution of daily payments and banking operations. * Continuous improvement of reporting and accounting procedures, promoting quality controls and, where appropriate, automation. * Preparation of specific analyses and reports to support Investment, Asset Management, and Financial Management teams. ### **We are looking for…** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. * 2–3 years of professional experience in financial accounting and reporting. * Prior experience at audit firms will be considered a strong advantage. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with accounting management systems (ERP); participation in ERP migrations or implementations will be valued. * Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating interest in the real estate business and the company’s development. ### **What do we offer you?** * Permanent employment contract * Professional career development plan * Training program * Health insurance * Personal training sessions twice per week * 24 days of vacation + December 24th or December 31st
