Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in the comprehensive management of residential development projects, including design, coordination, and governmental procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in comprehensive management of residential development projects 2. Ability to coordinate urban and construction projects 3. Management of procedures before municipal, state, and federal authorities Education: Architecture or Civil Engineering. Gender: Indifferent. Experience in organizing and directing activities required for the execution and design of residential development projects, as well as authorizing such projects before various government agencies. Main Responsibilities: Designing and/or coordinating the preparation of urban and construction projects for subdivisions, Managing procedures before municipal, state, and federal agencies, such as construction permits and licenses, subdivision agreements, subdivision handover, infrastructure project approvals, earthworks, condominium procedures, operating permits, signage permits, descriptive reports, documents for the sale of residential units and land, among others. Proficiency in planning and task assignment to ensure timely completion. Negotiation skills and sound judgment. Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously. Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, topographic, stormwater, potable water, sanitary drainage, and earthwork plans; experience in vertical projects. Personnel supervision and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and preferably Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion. Proficiency and knowledge of the RUV system (preferably).
