Leading engineering teams in high-voltage projects. **Description:** ---------------- * At **CAD & BIM SERVICES**, we specialize in BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing the main **BIM** implementation projects in **Spain**. Over our **15+ years of experience**, we have completed over **1,000 national and international projects**, requiring multidisciplinary teams, constant innovation, and application of novel techniques across various fields. We carry out design and calculation of projects, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. These include in-house projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, contractors, and real estate asset management companies. Additionally, we provide **BIM and technological advisory and consulting services** to companies at various stages. We are currently recruiting a **HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER** in **Asturias**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision and control of finishes during the final construction phase. * Technical inspection of dwellings prior to handover (identification and management of issues). * Management, monitoring, and control of construction rework, coordinating subcontractors and trades. * Preparation of issue lists and verification of their timely and proper resolution. * Quality control in accordance with project specifications and technical documentation. * Coordination with Site Management and Technical Direction for technical completion of the development. * Accompanying clients on site visits and providing technical support during handover. * Document management during close-out: minutes, delivery checklists, final certifications, and internal progress tracking. * Monitoring adherence to deadlines until final delivery of dwellings. **What We Offer:** * Long-term project. * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a leading engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start with a pioneering company in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Industrial Engineer specializing in Electricity, Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * **Experience in engineering coordination during execution of industrial plant projects, leading engineering teams, and particularly expertise in high-voltage scopes.** * Professional English proficiency (minimum B2).
