Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Developing and evolving features in PHP-based environments (hexagonal architecture, REST APIs, testing). * Participating in business-impacting technical decisions (performance, scalability, conversion). * Collaborating with product teams to define solutions—not merely implement them. * Identifying improvement opportunities through automation, data utilization, and AI solution integration. * Contributing to continuous team improvement (code quality, processes, best practices). * Providing technical support and mentoring within the team when needed. ➡️**What do we expect from you?** **Technical Foundation** * 5+ years of experience with PHP and MySQL. * Experience with frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel. * Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and testing. * Experience working with REST APIs and distributed systems. **Mindset and Approach** * Interest or hands-on experience with applied artificial intelligence (e.g., API usage, automation, process enhancement). * Ability to understand business metrics and make data-informed decisions. * Autonomy and ability to operate effectively in environments with some ambiguity. * Strong communication skills—both with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactive mindset: not only executing tasks, but also proposing improvements. **Valuable Knowledge** * Infrastructure: Apache, Nginx, Docker, CI/CD. * Experience with Elasticsearch or other search systems. * Performance and scalability optimization. **What do we offer?** Permanent full-time contract. 100% remote work. * Flexible daily schedule year-round, with entry window between 08:00 and 10:00.
