




Job Summary: We are looking for a person to join our multicultural Scania Assistance team, focused on continuous improvement and customer service, coordinating roadside assistance in case of breakdowns. Some of your key responsibilities include: * Coordinating roadside assistance for our customers in case of breakdowns. * Keeping all parties involved in the process informed at all times. * Updating all information in real time in Scania Assistance’s Incident Management System (in English). We offer an indefinite-term contract. Salary: €27,000/year, paid in 14 installments. Scania Assistance is Scania’s roadside assistance service. We are seeking a person to join a multicultural team with an excellent working atmosphere, dynamic and oriented toward continuous improvement and customer focus. This team has been operating for 20 years as part of Scania, a Swedish multinational specializing in commercial vehicles and a sector leader. * Languages: high proficiency in spoken and written English, Italian, and Spanish. Portuguese is an asset. * Desired: experience in customer service/public-facing roles, roadside assistance, contact center, or similar positions. * Rotating shifts on a compressed workday schedule, with earliest start time at 7:00 and latest at 15:00, always depending on the control center. * Availability for 6–10 nights per year and 2 weekends per month. * Autonomy and responsibility in decision-making. * Ability to work collaboratively and multitask.
