More specifically, within our Rail Services business, we are dedicated to the assurance and maintenance of railway vehicles. **What will be your mission in the company?** You will be responsible for developing Reverse Engineering \& Homologation in Rail Services, coordinating the different capabilities existing in the business to meet the needs of Procurement and Operations, generating new knowledge when necessary, and centralizing all knowledge acquired across various projects. Other responsibilities: * Carry out development projects for railway equipment/component solutions that address obsolescence issues. * Develop alternative equipment/component solutions to the original supplier. * Centralize knowledge and capabilities acquired across the different geographical areas of the business. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * Holding an Engineering degree due to the highly technical nature of the role and product. * A high level of English, as you will have continuous contact with internal and external foreign clients via video calls, emails, and in-person visits.
