Continuous training and professional development We are seeking a supervisor for a residential center in Avilés, offering an indefinite contract and full-time shifts (morning and afternoon: 09\-14/15\-18\), with immediate start. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new staff, planning shifts and vacations, assigning departments, managing leave and absences, maintaining up-to-date communication logs with care guidelines and supervising their implementation, as well as communicating with families regarding issues related to residents' basic care. Candidates must hold a vocational training qualification (FP) in Nursing Assistant Care or in Care for Dependent Persons. A minimum of six months’ experience in a similar role is preferred, along with complementary training in gerontology, food handling, or related fields. Additional relevant courses and training in gender equality are also considered advantageous.
