The key responsibilities include managing incoming calls from existing and potential customers, with a focus on acquiring new clients. Cross-selling activities will also be carried out, and customer service will be provided, including advisory support and resolution of inquiries. A high school diploma, higher vocational training (FP Grado Superior), or university degree is required, with the possibility of validating the qualification. Prior sales experience is desirable, and strong communication skills, a strong customer orientation, goal-driven mindset, and ability to work in a team will be highly valued. A permanent contract is offered, with an annual fixed salary of 21\.000 euros plus performance-based incentives. Working hours are in the afternoon, starting between 14:00 and 14:30, with a daily schedule of 7.5 hours from Monday to Friday, and weekend work may be required as needed.
