At Grupo Orenes, we are recruiting a Chef for **one of our bingo halls in VITORIA**. As part of the restaurant’s kitchen team, your main responsibilities will include: * Collaborating in the creation and design of dishes, menus, and menus. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, following recipes and established quality standards. * Ensuring proper food handling at all times, complying with all health and safety regulations. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. * Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production. * Participating in the daily inventory of food and supplies, and assisting with ordering and receiving supplies when necessary. * Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and kitchen equipment. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Training in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or Catering, or related field **Other Requirements:** * Flexibility to work various shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends and public holidays. * Demonstrable experience in a kitchen setting. * Excellent organizational skills. **What Can We Offer You?** * Join a stable company with a long-standing track record. * Work within an innovative, multidisciplinary team undergoing continuous evolution. * Enjoy a professional development environment with real growth opportunities. * Flexible compensation plan. * Permanent full-time contract.
