The primary mission of the successful candidate will be to achieve the company’s budget targets in this region. In addition to communicating corporate policies to customers and the market, the candidate will implement the company’s overall business strategy within their commercial territory (customers and market) and channel customer needs and requests to other parts of the organization. Market prospecting and capitalizing on emerging sales opportunities. **Key Responsibilities**: * Achieve the assigned budget for the channel and territory: + Project tracking. + Commercial visits to identify potential customer needs, analyze customer situations, and propose technical solutions involving products, systems, and services. + Preparation of commercial proposals and negotiation of terms. + Resolution of issues arising during the sales process. * Customer portfolio management: + Implementation of the regional action plan. + Customer retention for the assigned portfolio. + Handling of customer complaints. + Identification of customer needs and new business opportunities. * Industrial distribution management within the territory: + Management of assigned distributors in the territory, as well as identification of potential new distributors to ensure optimal distribution coverage—balancing direct and indirect sales in alignment with the defined business strategy. **Requirements** * No specific prior education required. * Relevant training in sales or commercial management is an advantage. * Experience managing B2B accounts. * Valid driver’s license. Regular vehicle use is essential due to the nature of commercial duties. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365. * CRM knowledge: we use Salesforce. * Intermediate English proficiency.
