Financial analysis and reporting.** 1.1. Knowledge of standard accounting and financial processes across Ormazabal companies 1.2. Facilitate implementation of these processes within the respective company. 1.3. Ensure compliance with and proper functioning of such administrative processes. 1.4. Preparation of reports on time and in the required format, as requested by various departments 1.5. Analysis of those reports/financial statements for submission to Management and Ormazabal Finance 1.6. Responsible for closing and reviewing annual accounts. 1.7. Responsible for carrying out tasks assigned during external audits—whether accounting, tax-related, etc. **2. Budgeting and budgetary control.** 2.1. Responsible for preparing forecasted financial statements as required by various departments (for management plans, strategic plans…), including the investment plan. 2.2. Budgetary control and analysis of variances against actual data. 2.3. Supervise budget and forecasting preparation by different company departments, as well as their ongoing monitoring throughout the period. 2.4. Forecasting of treasury requirements. **3. Business decision evaluation and advisory.** 3.1. Evaluate and analyze profitability in investment projects. **5. Control of expenses, investments, and personnel costs.** 5.1. Data reliability and assurance of compliance with Ormazabal-defined accounting and analytical classification criteria 5.2. Assurance of compliance with established procedures for expense and investment approvals. 5.3. Analysis of trends in such items 5.4. Provision for incurred expenses pending receipt of delivery notes or invoices. 5.5. Customer portfolio tracking **6. Apply policies and procedures established by Ormazabal’s Finance Department.** 6.1. Implementation of defined common homogeneous criteria and verification of compliance. **7. Invoicing.** 7.1 Data entry of time allocation to group companies for billing purposes, and issuance of invoices to external customers **8. R&D&i Financing** 8.1 Support in controlling and justifying the financing process for R&D&i activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management * Minimum experience: 3 years in similar positions * Required knowledge: SAP; intermediate-to-advanced level Excel proficiency * English proficiency: B2 level We offer stable employment with a leading company in its sector.
