We stand out for two key areas of activity: home care for patients with complex chronic conditions and home medical emergencies For this, we have a team of healthcare professionals who are proactive and dynamic, committed to preserving the lives of our patients **How can you CONTRIBUTE and GROW with us?** The selected candidate will work for the emergency service in the Basque Country Anamnesis: the nurse collects data from the patient and/or caregivers regarding signs and symptoms of their illness, clinical history, available reports, allergies, etc. Physical examination: physical, nutritional, and psychological assessment of the patient will be performed. Nursing assessment: using all data obtained during anamnesis and physical examination, the nurse performs the patient assessment. Performing nursing procedures: required nursing procedures will be carried out, such as wound care, sutures, catheterizations, etc. If specific care plans are needed until another healthcare resource arrives, if the nurse deems it appropriate, they will define a care plan, thoroughly explain it to the patient and/or caregivers, and document it in the clinical record. Case registration in the clinical history. Discharge at home/Discharge with referral: at the end of the intervention, the nurse will conclude the procedure at the patient's home; if necessary, they will refer the patient, in coordination with the emergency coordination center, to the hospital.
