At PACTO ETT, we are selecting an HR Intern for the Administration – Shift Scheduling department to join the team of one of our clients, which provides comprehensive outsourcing solutions for hotel cleaning processes in Seville. What are we looking for? We are selecting an HR Intern for the Administration – Shift Scheduling department to join our backup team located in Seville. What will be your main responsibilities? \- Support daily shift scheduling management, including staff onboarding and data updates. \- Assist in implementing shift adjustments, absences, leave requests, and other operational incidents. \- Support digitalization processes, reviewing and validating information related to team planning and operations. \- Assist with administrative tasks and support operational monitoring and control activities. \- Collaborate in verifying data quality to improve and ensure smooth internal system functionality. \- Prepare basic reports and periodic summaries. \- Communicate with housekeeping supervisors or service managers to validate information and resolve incidents. ### **Requirements** \- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance and Accounting, or related undergraduate or master’s programs. \- Availability to formalize a university internship agreement. \- Availability to work one of the two offered schedules. \- Immediate availability to start. \- Residence in Seville or surrounding areas.
