




At Iberchem, we are looking for a person to join as Finance Manager in one of our subsidiaries outside Spain. As part of Iberchem Group’s global finance team, your main objective will be to comprehensively lead the subsidiary’s finance area, ensuring proper financial, accounting, and tax management, acting as a business partner with high involvement in operations, performance analysis, and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: * Comprehensive leadership of the finance and accounting area. * Acting as a strategic business partner with deep understanding of the business. * Preparing and submitting local and international financial reports to headquarters. * Conducting rigorous financial analyses to support decision-making. * Ensuring compliance with and application of local legislation. * Guaranteeing tax compliance and leading internal and external audit processes. * Leading and developing the finance team, promoting high performance standards.
