We are looking for a meticulous person with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to join our Settlements Department. Your goal will be to guarantee excellence throughout the billing cycle, ensuring full traceability of each process and flawless communication with our customers. Your main responsibilities: * **End-to-End Billing Cycle:** Management, issuance, and dispatch of invoices based on distributor readings and internal parameters. * **Auditing and Control:** Analysis and reporting of pending invoices to ensure timely and accurate issuance. * **Incident Resolution:** Proactive handling of complaints and issuance of credit notes when necessary. * **Simulation and Validation:** Use of internal tools and Excel to correct anomalies prior to closing. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identification of opportunities to optimize internal departmental processes. * **Internal Coordination:** Operational support through close collaboration with Accounting and Customer Service teams. What profile are we seeking? * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in finance or billing departments (experience in the energy sector is highly valued). * **Advanced Excel:** Proficiency in pivot tables and complex formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, duplicate management). * **Technology:** Familiarity with **Odoo** (or other CRM systems) and ERP platforms. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills, analytical ability (“zero-error” mindset), and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
