Job Summary: We are seeking a traffic operator with experience in fleet management and coordination of domestic cargo operations, focused on optimization and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. We need a proactive individual who is well-versed in driving and rest time regulations and capable of optimizing vehicle return trips. Main Responsibilities: * Daily management of loads and trucks on Wtransnet (proactively searching for loads, posting truck offers, negotiating prices, closing operations). * Selection and contracting of carriers / self-employed drivers. * Real-time service tracking (departures, arrivals, incidents). * Documentation control (CMR consignment notes, waybills, special permits, etc.). * Optimization of empty kilometers and route profitability. * Customer service and resolution of operational issues. Essential Requirements: * Proven experience as a traffic operator, load manager, or traffic coordinator in a road freight transport company (minimum 1\-2 years). * Proficient and regular use of Wtransnet. * Valid driver’s license class B. * Organized, proactive individual with strong commercial orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to join promptly.
